Bullet Messaging provides messaging solutions that enable customers to send and receive SMS, MMS, and RCS messages, manage communications, and integrate messaging capabilities into business workflows.

You retain ownership of all content you send or upload through the Services (“Customer Content”).
You grant Bullet Messaging a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Bullet Messaging does not monitor or control Customer Content but may remove content if required by law or to protect platform integrity.
Bullet Messaging treats all customer and user information as confidential.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

To deliver messages, Bullet Messaging works with authorized telecommunications carriers and service providers. These providers act as transmission partners and are subject to their own policies and legal obligations.
Bullet Messaging is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures outside its control.
All fees are payable as agreed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bullet Messaging does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullet Messaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
